Professional, Client Tech Support Engineering

Overview

Provide production support for client-facing banking applications, resolving complex incidents and helping maintain application stability. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, clients, and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Execute complex support and technical administration activities.
• Validate application and database performance after releases and maintenance windows.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex production issues.
• Assess incident impact and identify root causes.
• Coordinate critical incident resolution across technical teams.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Create support documentation and troubleshooting guides.

What you'll need

• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for the Oracle track.
• Experience debugging Oracle packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Hands-on experience supporting .NET applications for the .NET track.
• Knowledge of C#, Angular, REST services, WCF/WPF, and Oracle databases for the .NET track.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and client-engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and support production environments.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong working knowledge of banking, payments, financial services, fintech, or transaction-processing environments.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Rotational shifts may include late-evening, overnight, early-morning, US-aligned, and swing-shift coverage.
• Participation in on-call rotations and critical production events is required as needed.
• Role operates in a 24x7 production support environment.
