Professional Sales Manager || GenNext || Delhi

Overview

Field-based sales role promoting Abbott established pharma products to doctors and chemists in the assigned Delhi territory, with the aim of achieving sales targets.

What you'll do

• Achieve assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets.
• Carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
• Report field work on a daily basis on the assigned online system.
• Meet call average, coverage and frequency norms of the assigned division.
• Conduct regular doctor visits to promote products, provide product information and answer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) to gather market intelligence and understand prescription patterns.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely product delivery and manage inventory levels.
• Drive prescription generation through effective product promotion.
• Implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, doctor visits and other relevant information.

What you'll need

• Minimum education: BSc or B.Pharma.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a medical representative or in a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Details

• Location: Delhi, India.
• Travel: 100% of the time.
• Work shift: Standard.
• Significant work activity: continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day).
