Professional Services Consultant (Portuguese-Speaking)

Overview

Lead enterprise SaaS implementation projects and initial customer training for a cybersecurity platform. Partner with customers and internal teams to move deployments from proof of value through delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects across scope, schedule, and quality.
• Lead deployment kickoffs and gather technical, success, and timeline requirements.
• Conduct discovery and align project plans with customer goals.
• Guide configuration, integrations, and technical enablement.
• Manage deployment status updates, risks, and escalations as the primary technical contact.
• Create project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate internally to improve implementation processes and delivery practices.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Experience with enterprise email deployments, integrations, and migrations.
• Ability to drive projects through discovery, planning, execution, resolution, and sign-off.
• Knowledge of enterprise mail flow, email security, and related technologies.
• Experience leading technical discussions with IT and InfoSec stakeholders.
• Proficiency with commercial email routing, filtering, or SEG tools.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Exposure to SIEM or similar log analysis tools.
• Basic Python or Java scripting knowledge.

• Remote in the United States.
• Base salary: $104,000–$149,600 USD yearly.
