Professional Services - Services Sales Manager

Overview

Lead Rubrik's pre-sales Professional Services engagements, scoping, proposing and closing services alongside the core Rubrik platform, and partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to help customers gain confidence they will achieve their goals after the sale.

What you'll do

• Lead the pre-sales process for complex opportunities, understanding customer business and technical objectives, scoping engagements, and building the services business case
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to position Professional Services and Advanced Services offerings, methodology, and value
• Build proposals, quotes, and SOWs, increasingly leveraging AI-enhanced workflows to accelerate turnaround
• Work closely with Professional Services delivery, Support, and Resilience Guardian stakeholders to align pre-sales scope with post-sales success
• Own and drive services pipeline, forecasting, and bookings
• Deliver on-site and remote scoping calls and Path-to-Production workshops with Professional Services Specialists

What you'll need

• 5+ years of technical and sales experience, ideally in Professional Services or solution selling
• Data protection, cloud, cyber resilience, and security conceptual and industry knowledge
• Expertise in Change Management and Transformation (People, Process, and Technology)
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Curiosity and comfort adopting AI-enhanced sales tools
