Program Manager - Component & Sub-systems

Overview

Program Manager for Components & Sub-Systems responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of an assigned portion of a product/program.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end execution for an assigned component, subsystem, or workstream from requirements alignment through production launch readiness.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigations.
• Ensure Engineering-owned technical deliverables are completed on time and meet program requirements.
• Coordinate interface definition and alignment with dependent/upstream/downstream subsystems for integration.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive cross-functional actions to stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain for procurement readiness and launch-critical material availability.
• Produce structured, data-driven status updates for Program Reviews, Stage-Gates, and leadership syncs.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience in Program or Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar roles managing technical deliverables/workstreams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across hardware and/or software development environments.
• Schedule management, risk management, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with ownership and independence while maintaining alignment with the broader program organization.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and complex dependencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
