Overview
Technical Program Manager for Recruiting Technology, owning cross-team planning and execution rhythms for recruiting systems and driving technical interconnection across the stack.
What you'll do
- Build and run cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology, including a shared roadmap and single source of truth.
- Drive highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and tradeoff decisions through delivery.
- Lead technical interconnection across third-party platforms, internal tooling, and the analytics/data layer.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to deepen Claude’s use in the recruiting workflow with controls and human-in-the-loop design.
- Connect recruiting to company-wide planning so headcount needs are visible early for proactive staffing.
- Own build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations across team boundaries, including security, contract, and integration tradeoffs.
- Establish program infrastructure including governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation paths.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of technical program management experience.
- Track record of building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
- Experience planning and executing across teams without shared reporting lines and influencing without authority.
- Technical depth in systems integration, including APIs and data flows between SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with or close to recruiting, people, or HR technology and understanding ATS/HRIS/analytics stack fit.
- Ability to translate between engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives.
Nice to have
- Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management.
- Experience integrating AI or LLM-based tooling into operational workflows.
- Familiarity with headcount planning and workforce planning.
- Experience teaching partner teams how to work with technical program management when the function is new.
Details
- Hybrid policy: expect staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
- Visa sponsorship: the company sponsors visas for some roles.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Role compensation range: $290,000–$365,000 USD annually.
