Program Manager - Renewable Energy & Power

Overview

Program Manager role supporting programme and project management for renewable energy and power schemes, including regulatory coordination, scheme-level documentation and executive reviews.

What you'll do

• Provide overall programme and project management support, including coordination with key stakeholders and internal divisions.
• Support regulatory coordination and integration of good practices for scheme execution and governance.
• Lead preparation and oversight of scheme-level standard documents, including Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), implementation manuals/quality documents and master decks for reviews.
• Develop background notes, analytical briefs and presentation material for high-level reviews and decision forums.
• Drive daily progress and performance analysis, issue resolution discipline and reporting quality across PMU workstreams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Renewable Energy/Power Systems) AND Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years' experience with Central Govt./State Govts/Agencies in India, on Rooftop Solar.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree from NIT/IIT and Master's degree from IIT/IIM.
• Strong programme management and governance discipline (cadence, action tracking, closure).
• Ability to translate complex issues into crisp briefs and executive-ready presentations.
• Stakeholder coordination capability across government, utilities, vendors and programme agencies.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with performance metrics and dashboards.
