Program Manager/Scrum Master

Overview

Program Manager/Scrum Master role within the Product Delivery organization, partnering with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned with strategic vision and goals, leading and managing multiple software projects.

What you'll do

• Work as part of an Agile team to solve problems and deliver projects in a challenging, fast paced environment
• Lead all Agile rituals as required (standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
• Evangelize and promote Agile methodology
• Drive clarity for team and business, minimizing mid sprint surprises
• Regularly maintain and update sprint and release plans
• Capture Agile metrics to measure project success at the end of each Sprint
• Manage all project deliverables to successful completion, leveraging project management best practices
• Work with project teams to create schedules, milestones, and overall plans
• Continually assess current business practices and make recommendations to leadership and the Delivery teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness (Process Improvement)
• Drive all phases of product development to ensure the timely delivery of quality products
• Provide risk assessments for project activities and develop proposed solutions

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 7+ years of project/program management experience within a SAAS product development organization
• Expertise in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban development methodologies
• Experience with Jira/Confluence
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and handle multiple projects under deadlines
• Highly organized with strong problem solving skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM) or relevant experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
