Program Manager - Software Development Center

Overview

Program Manager to lead the establishment and growth of a software development and integration center in Pune, India.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, setup, and establishment of the software development engineering team.
• Own project delivery planning including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Partner with end-user customers to understand requirements and ensure the center meets needs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues and drive corrective actions.
• Drive delivery of system enhancements and advance engineering/integration capabilities for the SkyLine-X product suite.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• OR 10+ years of experience with a master’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related).
• Proven experience as a Program Manager establishing and managing large-scale software development centers.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, including recruiting and managing teams.
• Excellent project management skills handling multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in quality engineering, development, integrations, enhancements, DevOps, cybersecurity, and maintenance.
