Complex Strategic Program Mgmt

Overview

Lead complex, global multi-site data center and private cloud program implementations as a hybrid role.

What you'll do

• Lead global, multi-site data center/private cloud implementations across distributed teams.
• Own integrated program plans and execution playbooks (site readiness, build, migration waves, cutover, rollback, hypercare).
• Run program governance including scope, schedule, budget, change control, RAID, and executive reporting.
• Own customer and stakeholder engagement for status cadence, expectation management, and go/no-go readiness.
• Partner with engineers/architects to validate designs and lead implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Lead data center exit/consolidation and cloud migrations including discovery, migration strategy, cutover, decommissioning, and CMDB/asset updates.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years leading global infrastructure programs across data centers and/or private cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience across compute/servers, enterprise storage, and networking delivery.
• PMP (PMI) certification required; ITIL/Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience delivering data center exit and cloud migration/transformation programs across geographies.
• Proficiency with program tools and documentation (MS Project/Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence/SharePoint).

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
• Hybrid work mode with an average requirement to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 20% to support customer sites and key milestones.
