Program Manager- Software

Overview

Program Manager for software programs and projects, driving on-time delivery with agile methods and cross-functional execution.

What you'll do

• Manage complex programs and projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive adoption of agile development methodologies including Scrum across the organization.
• Facilitate Scrum events and coordinate stakeholder meetings; report to Leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and manage dependencies across multiple teams.
• Monitor and report program/project progress with transparency and visibility.
• Manage backlog activities with the Product Owner and maintain burn-down charts and key metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience.
• Agile/SAFe/LEAN and Agile Scrum Master experience.
• Skills listed: PMP, Microsoft Project Plan, Advanced Excel.
• Global Project Management and Risk Management experience.
• Knowledge of Stage GATE product development process.
• Degree: B.E. / B Tech / M Tech.
