Program Manager, Sr.

Overview

Program or Project Manager at Lam Research, driving projects from initiation through delivery within the Global Operations Group, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget.

What you'll do

• Manage projects related to solving complex business problems.
• Build solutions that improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or Master's degree with no previous professional experience; or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related experience in project management or program management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support

Nice to have

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2

• Work mode: hybrid, either On-site Flex (3+ days per week on-site with the balance remote) or Virtual Flex (1-2 days per week on-site with remote the rest of the time)
