Project Associate (3rd Shift - 8 PM to 5 AM IST)

Overview

Project Associate supporting overall project management for successful execution of clinical trials across study types.

What you'll do

• Drive planning and execution of clinical trial elements with the Project Lead.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for efficient project execution.
• Maintain timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of project performance to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Document project scope, objectives, risks, and issues with stakeholder involvement.
• Lead communication among project team members about status and changes.
• Support quality assurance activities including audit preparation and documentation for issue resolution.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Systems including CTMS, TMF, PDC, and SOPNet.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (ICH) guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, project management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and work independently.
• High proficiency with MS Office and/or project management software tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Details

• 3rd shift schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Indian Standard Time.
• Travel may be required (approximately 5%) and is preferred.
