Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer responsible for engineering and commissioning activities for DCS/industrial automation projects under a Project Lead Engineer.

What you'll do

• Handle projects to complete engineering and commissioning activities.
• Develop Distributed Control Systems (DCS) solutions including configuration, programming, and customization.
• Install DCS systems at customer sites and ensure integration with existing infrastructure.
• Execute commissioning tasks including system validation, loop checks, and functional testing.
• Conduct site visits with domestic travel exceeding 70% of work time.
• Collaborate with project teams to align engineering deliverables with customer documentation and specifications.
• Prepare As-Built documents and ensure handover to customers during project closure.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial automation DCS commissioning in process automation.
• Enhanced knowledge of 800xA.
• Experience working in industrial automation for the pharma and chemicals market.
• Diploma or degree in engineering in instrumentation or chemical engineering.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Motivation for stakeholder and team management.
