Overview
Manage and coordinate multiple internal, cross-functional and technical information systems projects from initiation through delivery and closure. Projects may involve network, server or software implementation and upgrades, and PC deployment.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate internal information and system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage multiple, cross-functional and technical projects.
- Partner with functional teams during initiation, plan, design, procurement, deployment and post-deployment phases.
- Manage and track program milestones, timelines and overall deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reviews, process documents and risk analysis.
- Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
- Drive project lifecycle milestones from concept commit through project closure and advocate change management.
- Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and provide regular status updates.
- Participate in internal process improvements and remove gaps across multiple teams and functions.
- Account for risks and provide risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist with regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
- Evaluate post-project results against metrics and recommend or implement changes to improve delivery practices and processes.
- Perform other duties as required.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Build productive internal and external working relationships.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Understand project management teams, resolving conflict and meeting schedule timelines.
- Have a technical background with experience working with Engineers on continuously improving Products, Tools and Systems.
- Create and drive project business requirements.
- Have excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and documentation skills.
- Work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
- Be a self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance.
- Have experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material and project/process documentation.
- Have strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Track and report metrics and manage risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
- Create basic SQL queries.

- Change management knowledge.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
- Experience with Google Workspace products, including Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Cloud experience.
- Knowledge of AI Governance and AI Models.

- Remote in India.
- Must be able to perform office-related tasks, which may include prolonged sitting or standing.
- Must be able to move from place to place within an office environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
