Project Support Specialist

Overview

Project Support Specialist providing cross-functional support to help manage clinical studies efficiently. The role supports project teams across study systems, documentation, communications, training, and materials.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and distribute documented updates.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and file study records.
• Maintain clinical trial management system data, study contacts, milestones, and enrolment projections.
• Prepare, assign, and track study-specific training and training records.
• Manage study sites, shared workspaces, email boxes, user access, supplies, and binders.
• Maintain study trackers and support study communications, reports, translations, and material reconciliation.
• Act as a contact for project-related requests from team members, sponsors, and vendors.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and independent planning skills.

• Fully home based in Serbia.
• The role may also be offered in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, or Romania.
