Project Support Specialist

Overview

Support clinical research project teams with study coordination, documentation, systems administration, communications, and study material management.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and document updates.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and file study documents.
• Maintain study milestones, contact lists, enrollment projections, and helpdesk requests in CTMS.
• Manage study-specific training assignments, records, and access gaps.
• Set up shared workspaces, project email boxes, and study-system access.
• Coordinate study supplies, binders, trackers, communications, and study materials.
• Support study reports, safety-report distribution, translations, and project-related requests.

What you'll need

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, scientific, or healthcare studies.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
