Public Safety Solutions Engineer

Overview

Support new-business sales for NICE’s public safety solutions in North America by acting as a product expert, conducting demonstrations, and positioning solutions for prospects and partners.

What you'll do

• Support sales opportunities through product expertise and solution demonstrations.
• Engage user groups within public safety agencies to assess needs.
• Work with Account Executives to develop needs analyses.
• Gather solution requirements and coordinate with Product Management.
• Prepare technical RFP responses, presentations, and Statements of Work.
• Present NICE’s value proposition and competitive differentiators.
• Build customer relationships to support long-term revenue growth.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in sales or sales engineering for government or public safety/security markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
• Understanding of criminal justice workflows related to digital evidence.
• Experience with government purchasing personnel, RFPs, bids, and state or federal contracts.
• Consultative selling experience involving demonstrations and presentation preparation.
• Strong technical, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with and influencing senior decision-makers.

Details

• Remote role in the USA.
• Travel is approximately 50% per month within the assigned territory.
• Individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Business Development.
