Publisher Operations Analyst

Overview

Investigate, escalate, and resolve technical issues across Yext’s network of more than 200 publishers. The role supports clients and publishers while coordinating with internal teams to maintain operational health and improve publisher integrations.

What you'll do

• Investigate, escalate, and resolve client issues across the publisher network.
• Liaise with publishers to manage operational pipelines and communicate status to clients.
• Manage and prioritize inbound requests through completion.
• Troubleshoot product and publisher issues by following complex processes.
• Maintain category taxonomy and match categories to partner and publisher lists.
• Manage the outsourced team and support escalated issues.
• Use SQL, Snowflake, and scripts to evaluate operational health and audit accounts.

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree or similar college-level education.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong time management, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to complex issues.
• Excel proficiency.
• Experience writing SQL queries.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with APIs.
• Basic scripting experience.
• Spanish, French, or German proficiency.
