QA & Testing Senior Analyst

Overview

Senior hybrid UAT analyst for Salesforce Health Cloud and automation, supporting Cigna IHDS Transformation Office initiatives.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary UAT partner for Product Owners, SMEs, and Delivery teams.
• Lead UAT planning, test preparation, execution, defect management, and release readiness.
• Represent the UAT function in Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, backlog refinement, and governance forums.
• Review and challenge user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure they are clear and testable.
• Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios across Salesforce Health Cloud, journeys, integrations, and downstream impacts.
• Assess release/platform impacts and cross-team dependencies to identify risks and ensure coverage.
• Investigate issues with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to resolve defects.

What you'll need

• Functional UAT leadership, business engagement, and quality governance capabilities.
• Hands-on contribution to test automation and AI-enabled testing.
• Experience supporting UAT in an Agile environment managing multiple concurrent priorities.
• Comfort representing the UAT team confidently in project and governance forums.
• Use approved automation tools and frameworks, including Cursor with Vista and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ensure human review, traceability, security, and responsible use of AI for CI/CD improvement.
• Work with UAT leads to report within the Transformation Office.
