Overview

Senior Quality Engineer (QE) focused on automation and in-sprint quality for front-end and back-end platforms.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Automate REST API and contract/integration testing using RestAssured.
• Integrate automated checks into CI/CD including unit, API, UI, contract, and smoke/perf.
• Monitor performance and security requirements including encryption and access controls.
• Validate end-to-end data flows and data integrity across MongoDB, Postgres, and DB2.
• Instrument tests for observability and perform RCA for defect clusters and flakiness.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of QA and test automation experience for web/services.
• Proficiency in Java (preferred) and/or JavaScript for test/utility code.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, using Maven and IntelliJ IDEA.
• Strong REST API automation experience with RestAssured and functional/negative/contract-style checks.
• Working knowledge of JMeter (or similar) for load/perf smoke and interpreting trends.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
