Quality Assurance Analyst – Performance Testing

Quality Assurance Analyst focused on performance testing for enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Plan, design, develop, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications.
• Identify system bottlenecks and validate performance under varying load conditions.
• Develop performance test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and test scripts from requirements.
• Analyze results to assess application behavior across application, database, middleware, network, and infrastructure layers.
• Prepare performance test reports, executive summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing initiatives.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing, Performance Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText LoadRunner solutions.
• Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle and performance engineering methodologies.
• Experience designing performance testing strategies and workload models.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText LoadRunner Professional and related capabilities (VuGen, Analysis, Controller, Performance Center).
• Experience executing load/stress/endurance/volume/scalability/capacity/spike testing types.
• Required skills include scripting and performance testing for web apps, REST APIs, SOAP, and enterprise applications.
