Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer

Overview

Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer responsible for validating that Workforce Management product changes meet business requirements before production deployment.

What you'll do

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements and releases for contact management and customer authentication capabilities.
• Review requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs to build test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across multiple applications and platforms.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution using defect management tools.
• Coordinate regression testing to ensure new functionality does not impact existing capabilities.
• Verify production readiness by confirming acceptance criteria are met before deployment and support post-implementation testing.
• Document test results, execution status, defects, and testing metrics for stakeholders; participate in Agile ceremonies.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in UAT, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Experience creating and executing manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience testing customer servicing, contact management, CRM, or authentication platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication technologies including MFA, SSO, identity verification, and access management.
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, and end-to-end workflows across enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
