Quality Engineer

Overview

Lead end-to-end performance testing and engineering for enterprise applications. Define performance strategies, develop workload models and scripts, analyze bottlenecks, and improve scalability and reliability.

What you'll do

• Design real-world performance scenarios and workload models.
• Create and execute performance test scripts and plans.
• Configure monitoring profiles, metrics, and dashboards.
• Analyze test results against performance SLAs.
• Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions.
• Monitor project progress and adjust activities to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Micro Focus LoadRunner experience.
• Proficiency in OpenText or Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of LRE and JMeter.
• Experience with performance testing methodologies, scripting, and automation.
• Knowledge of SQL, JVM concepts, and performance monitoring tools.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with MAWM (Manhattan Warehouse Management) applications.

Details

• Location: Pune.
• Visit the client office 3 days per week.
• Working hours: Shift B, 12 PM to 9 PM.
