Quality Engineering Lead

Overview

Quality Engineering Lead who guides quality engineers to plan and integrate testing across the application lifecycle to improve delivery speed and quality.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of quality engineers for multi-disciplinary planning.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
• Define and implement testing metrics to manage test execution and defect resolution.
• Monitor key performance metrics for test execution and defect management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align quality objectives.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• Proficiency in Selenium.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and Selenium-related tools.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices.
