Senior/Staff/Principal Engineer for NAND Silicon Design Validation in Micron SDV (Silicon Design Validation) in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Lead NAND validation projects end to end, including post-silicon coverage planning and execution accountability.
• Plan and implement test development before silicon availability.
• Design novel test algorithms and develop test programs to validate and characterize NAND features and commands.
• Characterize, debug, and validate NAND per datasheet specifications in customer designs and systems.
• Partner with product engineering, manufacturing, design, RWB, QA, and tester vendors to develop validation/characterization programs.
• Use high-speed tester hardware to perform functional and design validation of new NAND devices.
• Analyze large NAND data sets to prove design margin and functionality; assist NAND bring-up and reticle experiments.

What you'll need

• For Senior Engineer: 3-5 years in NAND or related post-silicon validation and test program development.
• For Staff Engineer: 6+ years in NAND-related product and/or test program development.
• For Principal Engineer: 10+ years in NAND validation.
• Strong semiconductor device physics knowledge, characterization techniques, and equipment.
• Software development proficiency (e.g., C-based) and scripting (e.g., Perl, Python).
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving/analytical skills.
• Effective written and spoken English communication.
