Overview

Quantitative Model Solutions Specialist focused on model maintenance and optimization for operational processes, controls, reporting, testing, implementation, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Support model maintenance and optimization initiatives for operational processes.
• Analyze data sets, quantitative models, and model outputs to validate efficiency and results.
• Apply design thinking to improve model optimization methodology and processes.
• Provide recommendations to leadership for low to moderately complex issues using independent judgment.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for data migration activities.
• Collaborate with peers and global teams to resolve issues and meet goals.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative model solutions or quantitative model operations.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in finance/credit/banking modelling and understanding of SDLC processes.
• Apply GenAI/ML/automation for code conversion, documentation, data quality checks, anomaly detection, reconciliation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with Python/R or SAS and Excel.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with strong data engineering & analysis skills.
• Experience developing automated testing frameworks in Python using Pytest/Selenium.
