RBIC – Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manager Electrical, shift operation - Maintenance(ABS/ESP9-MC9)

Overview

Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager (Electrical) for shift operations focused on maintenance of ABS/ESP production equipment in the assembly/deburring area.

What you'll do

• Maintain ABS/ESP production equipment used in the assembly/deburring area.
• Improve OEE by controlling technical downtime.
• Plan and run preventive and predictive maintenance, including scheduling and resource planning.
• Ensure spare-part availability, including replenishment, alternate supplier development, and repairing/maintenance of critical spares.
• Execute spare-part and repair cost reduction activities.
• Support CNC & SPM line installation and commissioning and manage obsolescence for old machine spares.
• Drive cost reduction and energy consumption monitoring, plus capacity improvement projects like CT reduction and OEE improvements.

What you'll need

• B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics.
• 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and controllers.
• Experience/capability in Industry 4.0, data analytics, and digitization projects.
• Knowledge of PLC/CNC programming and specified systems/tools (CS2000, MTX, OSA3, multi-axis servo systems, vision systems).
• Technical knowledge of stacking, torque systems, greasing, and laser marking systems.
