RBIN – Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager- Goods receipt and storage management direct

Overview

Supervise and organize inbound physical logistics activities, including timely material collection, goods receipt, and raw material storage.

What you'll do

• Organize and notify collection of raw materials via external milk run from suppliers.
• Receive and store raw materials from suppliers.
• Optimize external milk run routes to reduce CO2 emissions.
• Ensure direct materials are stored according to safe and secure standards.
• Report and act on blocked stocks and support leadtime optimization for intermediate operations.
• Supervise people and logistics operations compliant with internal procedures and directives.
• Escalate inbound logistics and material delivery topics to leadership and ensure on-time intervention.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of work experience in inbound logistics and stores management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) or Commerce.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (warehouse, material management, and sales distribution modules).
• Competence with IT tools including InTrack, EMR, CELONIS, RBIN gate pass, and Power BI reports.
• Competence in compliance and safety topics, CL management, and insurance claims.
• Advanced knowledge of lean (Pull principle).
• Advanced conflict management skills and communication skills (English and local language).
