Record to Report Ops Associate

Overview

Record to Report Ops Associate responsible for executing and reviewing Controlling and Profitability Analysis activities across product costing, inventory accounting, allocations, settlements, and profitability reporting.

What you'll do

• Execute and review complex Controlling and Profitability Analysis activities (product costing, inventory accounting, cost-center and internal-order accounting).
• Support accurate and timely period-end close, including exception investigation and audit-ready documentation.
• Run and validate KSU and KEU allocations, process-order settlements, and material-ledger close.
• Analyze unsettled orders and variances, and prepare correction recommendations.
• Perform FI-to-CO and CO-PA reconciliations and ensure profitability reports are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and post approved material-level adjustments and support audit evidence submission and remediation.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation qualification is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience is required.
• Knowledge of management accounting, product costing, and inventory accounting is required.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA FI, CO (transactions, reports, master data, period-end processes).
• Understanding of cost centers, internal orders, BOMs, standard costing, variances, and CO-PA reporting.
