Overview
Recruit for AI research roles by planning, sourcing, and hiring candidates for Anthropic’s Research teams.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source and hire qualified candidates in machine learning and AI research.
- Partner with research hiring managers and interviewers to clarify hiring needs, required skills, and team matching.
- Enhance recruiting processes and programs, including targeted outreach and reducing unfair biases in hiring.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to map long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Promote the employer brand within the research and science community.
- Stay current on recruiting best practices and emerging sourcing and interview techniques.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting supporting technical research teams.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience partnering with researchers and hiring talent for GenAI and LLMs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a proactive, autonomous mindset.
- Experience building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Minimum education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Details
- Hybrid policy: in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
- Visa sponsorship is available; sponsorship is not guaranteed for every candidate/role.
- Annual compensation range: $175,000–$295,000 USD.
