Regional Director Sales - CEUR

Overview

Regional Director Sales for CEUR to lead a sales team of Account Executives and drive business and revenue results in the region.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute the business and revenue goals for the sales team.
• Lead a team of 5–7 Account Executives.
• Build processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
• Prepare forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.
• Establish and report sales performance metrics for the team.
• Drive alignment across marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering, and customer engineering.
• Set strategy for the largest accounts.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience selling a technical product.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
• Experience selling in open source, DevOps, or security (open source/DevOps/security preferred).
• Proven record meeting/exceeding performance objectives like revenue and pipeline targets.
• Experience working with CSP marketplaces.
• Experience using a CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Existing enterprise customer relationships in DACH.
