Principal Enterprise Account Executive Mobility

Overview

Principal Enterprise Account Executive focused on owning and accelerating growth for strategic Automotive and Transportation enterprise accounts in Germany.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic account growth by developing multi-year growth strategies and plans.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across new business units, buyer groups, personas, and use cases.
• Drive buyer seat expansion and product adoption across complex customer organizations.
• Run QBRs and executive check-ins to review progress, outcomes, risks, and future growth opportunities.
• Generate revenue via upsell, cross-sell, upgraded products, new offerings, and token consumption strategies.
• Own pipeline development, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy for growth and renewal opportunities.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or consultative business development experience.
• Experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations, renewals, expansions, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Track record of pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
• Experience leading cross-functional account teams across functions including Technical Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, Marketing, Partner, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
