Regional Account Executive (DACH) at Redis, focused on driving enterprise sales in the Germany territory.

What you'll do

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your territory.
• Identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline with internal teams.
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
• Build customer relationships and deliver the expected value.
• Work independently and with the team to up-sell and cross-sell.

What you'll need

• Native-level German proficiency.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Enterprise-level sales experience.
• Consultative, value-based selling approach for open-source software across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex business value simply.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and objectives.
