Director, D&M DACH and CEE, Regional Accounts

Overview

Director-level sales leader for Design & Manufacturing growth across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Leads new and expansion opportunities, managing a team of ~10 and driving revenue growth within the installed base.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage sales teams to align with divisional and company strategy.
• Drive sustained revenue growth for existing customers through upsell, cross-sell, and net-new opportunities.
• Ensure AEs consistently achieve 100% of sales targets/quota.
• Develop long-term operational plans with financial and organizational components.
• Provide strategic guidance on customer account planning and continuous improvement.
• Oversee forecasting accuracy, timeliness, and reporting quality.
• Align resources to maintain pipeline coverage, quality, and health.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of sales experience and 5+ years in sales leadership or go-to-market roles.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, including managing managers.
• Proven record of consistent quota attainment across teams.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operational execution at scale.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise account planning strategies.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
