Account Executive 3 - DACH

Overview

Account Executive 3 (DACH) role focused on landing enterprise accounts and owning the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and close complex full-cycle sales opportunities.
• Prospect, lead discovery, present business cases, and land new enterprise logos.
• Deliver executive presentations demonstrating enterprise impact and ROI.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Security, and Implementation.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within enterprise accounts.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of successful full-cycle SaaS sales experience, including enterprise new business acquisition.
• Experience executing complex deals with Fortune 1000/Global 5000 organizations and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to run consultative, solution-based sales cycles using methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Question-Based Selling.
• Strong executive presence with skills translating technical value into ROI/value stories.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and the modern SaaS sales tech stack.
• Ability to manage legal, procurement, and information security processes for large enterprise agreements.
• Fluency in German and English (verbal & written).
