Overview

Sales Specialist for the Oncology division, covering the Nürnberg–Erlangen–Würzburg–Aschaffenburg territory in Germany.

What you'll do

• Establish and lead high-quality interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Keep scientific knowledge current and reliably execute sales and marketing plans.
• Communicate key messages to deliver the brand’s value proposition and meet objectives.
• Manage the territory using account planning with targeting and segmentation.
• Develop and implement local account plans using key data sources and local insights.
• Collaborate with medical colleagues on regional programmes and activities.
• Report results and developments clearly to the Germany leadership team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus a pharmaceutical sales representative qualification.
• 5+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including Oncology experience.
• Proficiency in German and conversational English.
• Understanding of the local healthcare economy and ability to identify key Oncology players.
• Readiness for very frequent travel and a Class 3/B driver’s licence.
