Job Description: Regional Manager Academics
Location: Chandigarh

Travel Requirement: 60% to 80%
Role:
The Regional Manager Academics is the strategic and operational lead for the Chandigarh
location. You are responsible for the end-to-end implementation, monitoring, and
continuous improvement of the assigned schools in and around your region. This role
serves as the primary bridge between school management and Next Education HQ,
ensuring that curriculum, digital tools, labs, all academic products and drive measurable
teaching and learning outcomes.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge in K-12 academics, pedagogy, and school
administration.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build professional rapport with school owners
and senior stakeholders.
Data & Tech: Good comfort level with ERP & LMS systems, Digital Classrooms, and Data
Management/Reporting.
Communication: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership: Ability to manage multiple schools, handle conflicting priorities, and drive
results in a solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a School Academic Coordinator or within the
EdTech sector.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or a related field (M.Ed/B.Ed preferred).
Technical: Must be proficient in IT/Computer skills.
Assets: Must own a laptop and an Android mobile phone for official work.
Mobility: High flexibility to travel extensively (60%–80%) within and across regions as
required.
