Regional Partner Manager

Overview

Regional Partner Manager for India, responsible for running SailPoint’s partner ecosystem and driving regional partnership strategy to grow reach, impact, pipeline, and revenue.

What you’ll do

• Create and expand indirect sales channels and routes to market.
• Own the regional partner business plan to drive alignment, enablement, and demand generation.
• Define and implement market coverage strategy and develop GTM solutions/offers.
• Manage partner KPIs and expected outcomes, including capacity planning for implementations.
• Coordinate activities and communications across channel partners, corporate, field sales, and partner teams to meet quarterly expectations.
• Prepare quarterly business/territory reviews and share results with management.

What you’ll need

• 10+ years of experience in partner management and B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field (preferred).
• Proven results in a partner-oriented sales environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth experience managing partner activity and implementing process optimizations.
• Understanding of technology and technology innovations in large enterprises.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with a bias towards action.
