Regional Sales Manager

Overview

Regional Sales Manager responsible for sales, collections, market share, forecasting and overall business development for automotive refinish paints in Eastern India.

What you'll do

• Achieve regional sales and collection targets.
• Manage and expand distributor and dealer networks.
• Win new OEM bodyshop accounts.
• Manage service requirements for bodyshops and key customers.
• Lead sales and technical teams.
• Plan and forecast products and business performance.
• Identify new opportunities and coordinate new product launches.

What you'll need

• 12–15 years or more of sales experience.
• Experience preferably in paints or the automotive aftermarket.
• MBA, degree in paint technology, or chemical engineering qualification.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in teams and a matrixed environment.
