Reliability Architect for Lending Cloud Platform

Overview

Lead the end-to-end Site Reliability Engineering strategy for Finastra’s Lending systems, focusing on availability, scalability, performance, automation, and resilience. Oversee a global SRE and DevOps team and collaborate with engineering, product, operations, security, and support teams.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the Lending business unit’s SRE strategy.
• Establish reliability and automation frameworks across architectures and deployment environments.
• Set standards for monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Lead automated incident detection, alerting, and resolution workflows.
• Track reliability KPIs including uptime, MTTR, latency, and incident frequency.
• Drive root cause analysis, capacity planning, and continuous resilience improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global SRE team.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience leading SRE and DevOps teams in high-availability environments.
• Expertise deploying, managing, and scaling monolithic and SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automation tools and monitoring frameworks.
• Ability to lead global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in lending, fintech, or financial services.
