Resourcing Consultant

Overview

Resourcing Consultant managing end-to-end recruitment and candidate bookings to support seamless healthcare staffing operations and client service delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Oversee candidate bookings and placements based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely shift coverage.
• Monitor booking fulfilment and resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and other recruitment systems.

What you'll need

• Prior experience in international recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in US healthcare recruitment or UK healthcare recruitment.
• Experience managing both recruitment and workforce bookings/scheduling.
