Job description

Overview

Lead revenue enablement for Ping's global field sales organization, translating sales strategy into frontline execution through role-based enablement, coaching, and reinforcement programs.

What you'll do

  • Architect and lead high-impact field enablement initiatives that drive performance and productivity across the global sales field.
  • Act as the bridge between enablement platform capabilities and strategic enablement outcomes, building, releasing and iterating enablement programs and resources for evolving field needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to Revenue Enablement teammates, aligning enablement initiatives directly with revenue goals.
  • Equip sellers to uncover customer priorities, challenges, and desired outcomes through effective discovery, and translate Ping's solutions into differentiated value expressed in the customer's own language.
  • Design and facilitate immersive, scenario-based workshops (and/or on-demand) that transform knowledge into skill demonstrated in applied best practices in the day-to-day selling motion.
  • Implement and lead the adoption of AI-powered platforms and coaching tools to provide personalized, scalable development for new and tenured sellers.
  • Operationalize sales standards with training and reinforcement on internal playbooks, MEDDPPICC, pipeline management and forecasting expectations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of enablement content, including platform feature requests, bug tracking, and platform architecture design.
  • Define measurement requirements by type of learning activity and integrate them into Ping measurement mechanisms (e.g., Glean, AI agents, dashboards, reporting).
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and provide bi-weekly reporting updates to key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary owner and lead for Enablement Content Management and the main point of contact for the enablement platform.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Field back to the Enablement roadmap, prioritizing enhancements in content accessibility, search optimization and design.
  • Manage field feedback loops to ensure the enablement tech stack reflects evolving everboarding needs aligned to revenue targets.
  • Spearhead the development and integration of AI-first content frameworks and leverage AI tools within Ping, content development tools and the Saleshood platform.
  • Actively manage and prioritize training requests directly from the field and implement processes for systematic collation and analysis of field feedback.
  • Concept and deliver rolling and point-in-time, on-demand learning experiences for key strategic programs and needs of the field.

What you'll need

  • 5-7+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM enablement, including experience building or significantly rebuilding a program.
  • Experience prioritizing and delivering enablement that drives business impact (e.g., seller contribution, revenue growth, pipeline generation, productivity).
  • Deep expertise in operationalizing enterprise B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or similar) into the daily rhythm of the field via CRM workflows, playbooks, and coaching tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven enablement tech (e.g., Gong, Chorus, Spotlight, MindTickle, Hyperbound, SalesHood, Highspot, Showpad, etc.) to automate and enhance coaching.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern GTM and enablement tooling, including LMS/content platforms, conversation intelligence (e.g., Chorus, Gong), AI-native GTM tools (e.g., Glean) and enterprise AI assistants (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude), directing these tools and driving adoption.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and lead large-scale change management initiatives.
  • A builder's mindset: comfortable defining charter and structure where none exists yet, and comfortable being judged on adoption and business metrics, not activity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with a broad set of sales learner technologies and Ping's stack or equivalents: Spotlight.ai (or similar AI-driven tools), SalesHood, Highspot, Showpad, Chorus, Gong, Glean, Synthesia, Articulate / Camtasia, AI learning models.
  • Experience correlating enablement programs (learning paths, certifications, AI Role Plays) directly to field performance data to prove the ROI of Revenue Acceleration initiatives.

Details

  • Location: USA - Remote.
  • Salary range: $100,000–$135,000 (Colorado pay transparency range; final compensation depends on knowledge, skills, and abilities).
