RVP, Enterprise Sales - Canada

What you'll do

• Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives and guide them in prospecting and closing.
• Lead initiatives across hiring, coaching, and enablement to support Enterprise segment growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed ACV targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Track Account Executive progress against KPIs and coach their short- and long-term goals.
• Partner with Sales Enablement for ad-hoc and formal training/coaching programs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and directly engage high-priority prospects.
• Ensure CRM use for pipeline planning, forecasting, and sales execution.

What you'll need

• 7+ years experience directly managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level.
• Experience with exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients.
• Ability to lead and motivate others, with strong customer communication, empathy, and integrity.
• A coaching/development mindset and history of building effective sales cultures.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners including Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Sales Ops.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Willingness to attend sales calls to help team manage and close deals.
