Account Executive, SMB New Logo – Spanish Speaking

Overview

Account Executive, SMB New Logo selling to Spanish-speaking SMBs in Pakistan with a new-logo sales quota. Full-cycle B2B sales focused on converting inbound leads and running outbound follow-up.

What you'll do

• Own a new logo quota in the SMB segment and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Run full-cycle Spanish-language sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
• Qualify inbound demand by identifying decision-makers, timelines, and potential deal size.
• Drive high-volume outreach (calls, emails, texts) to follow up, revive stalled opportunities, and build incremental pipeline.
• Deliver tailored product demos for SMB use cases across transportation, construction, and field services.
• Manage pipeline rigorously in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate stages, close dates, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Sales Ops, and Marketing on campaigns and messaging for Spanish-speaking markets.

What you'll need

• Native or near-native Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) required.
• Strong English skills for internal communication and tooling/enablement content.
• 2+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role (inside sales or SDR/AE hybrid preferred).
• Ability to sell over the phone and video in Spanish.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills.
• Comfort demoing technology products to non-technical SMB owners and managers.
• Solid negotiation and closing skills.
