Account Executive

Overview

Account Executive role focused on retaining and growing existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

What you'll do

• Build trust-based, value-added relationships with C-Level prospects to uncover key priorities.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and own the full sales cycle.
• Conduct C-Level calls to qualify, showcase capabilities, and close business.
• Collaborate with internal partners on portal walkthroughs and proof of concepts.
• Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to achieve sales metrics/KPIs.
• Deliver against assigned annual quota for the territory.

What you'll need

• 2-6 years of professional experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Proven intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
• Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions (highly preferred).
• Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level executives.
• Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Ability to live within commutable distance to the required location.
• Bachelor's degree desired.
