Overview

Work in Accenture's Global Network Data & AI practice to develop AI- and data-driven solutions for SaaS and PaaS clients. Execute projects in the context of business performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with onsite counterparts, internal teams, and external consultants or managers.

What you'll do

• Develop and test AI algorithms and techniques tailored to solve specific, complex business problems.
• Manage large databases and conduct exploratory data analytics to derive insights for stakeholders.
• Investigate previous information related to problems and ask probing questions to identify root causes.
• Use a systematic approach to explore known avenues and uncover core issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants or managers to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to streamline information flow and improve efficiency.
• Adapt to changing project requirements.
• Seek and embrace continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
• Proven experience of 2+ years working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI frameworks, including Azure Open AI and Vertex AI, and implementations.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including Embedding, prompt engineering, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Statistical Models/Machine Learning, including Segmentation & predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
• Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders.
• Data management using databases like SQL.
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, and Spark.
• Knowledge of training large language models and fine-tuning them for specific applications or domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
