Sales Ad Ops - Specialist

Overview

Kard is hiring an independent, highly motivated Ads Ops specialist for its Merchant team, supporting campaign launches, data loading and reporting across Merchant Sales, Issuer Sales, Partners, Data and Marketing.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with internal campaign managers and Kard's external merchants to set up and manage offer campaigns.
• Build, monitor and optimize campaigns across multiple offer placements.
• Conduct regular health checks on campaigns and ensure data accuracy in reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, data, product, engineering and content to prioritize growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign setup and delivery.
• Generate and deliver periodic reports on campaign performance to internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ad operations.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects related to ad operations as needed.
• Directly support troubleshooting and reconciliation processes, serving as the escalation point for operational issues related to supported campaigns.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in ad ops, account management, or sales support.
• An ownership mentality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow through complex processes to completion.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive urgency with all projects, big and small.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with both internal teams and external merchants.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing GSuite, Mongo DB, and Salesforce.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work mode: remote-first team.
