Sales Coordinator

Overview

Sales Coordinator role in Gurugram with hybrid work flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Understand customer groups and why they buy.
• Identify customer needs and preferences.
• Provide customer feedback to marketing leadership.
• Help construct and support marketing plans.
• Use scorecards and KPIs to track results and report back.
• Support sales training and on-label product promotion.

What you’ll need

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• Requires 1+ years of work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.

Nice to have

• MBA preferred.
• Ability to be persuasive without organizational authority.
