Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

Overview

Sales Development Representative focused on building early-stage pipeline and driving adoption of AI solutions for legal and professional services across EMEA.

What you'll do

• Build revenue pipeline aligned with the company’s strategic customer profile using outbound tools.
• Prospect into target accounts across EMEA via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Source and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Run discovery conversations to understand customer workflows and identify sales opportunities.
• Respond to inbound interest and ensure timely qualification and follow-up.
• Partner with Account Executives to support early-stage deal progression.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve prospecting effectiveness.

What you'll need

• 1–2+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in sales development or project management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
• Comfort presenting to executive buyers with strong executive presence.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and reporting tools.
• Collaborative mindset to work across internal functions.
